Description

A Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for resolving escalated service issues, coaching other engineers to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects, and for maintaining and overseeing the technology of their assigned accounts.  This role is a key position within the service department and will be called upon to resolve the highest level technical issues.

Requirement

Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma relative IT, B.C. Tech and BE in IT

CCNA, RHCSA, RHCE, VCA, VCP

Responsibility

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Asterisk and SIP Protocols.
• Must working knowledge in Web developing and database structure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable to interact with English Languages
• Ability to work under pressure. Willing to work in extended hours and on duty as needed.
• Good to have the working knowledge of Unix, Linux and virtualization technologies.

Educational Qualification

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma relative IT, B.C.Tech, BE (IT)

  • RHCSA,RHCE,VCA,VCP, VM
