About Us

       Blue Ocean Operating Management (BOOM) was established in  2009. It started off as a business and management service company and ventured  into IT industry in 2011 and launched a Mobile Application Store “m188” with a  great success. Through an aggressive growth strategy, we steadily expanded into  providing Business Process Outsourcing, Call Center and Mobile Rental and IT  related services to both local and foreign companies.

We are now one of the leading IT company in Myanmar.

Subsequently, Blue Ocean Operating Management (BOOM) Group  of Companies was formed, comprising three different entities, which are

Business Outsource Solution Services Co., Ltd (BOSS) was founded in 2013. BOSS aims to serve multi international clients with our professional service especially in BPO sector. We currently are providing the service such as Contact Center Service and Solution, CAF management, Digital Marketing, Document Processing Services, and Back Office Supports. Our major clients are Telenor Myanmar Limited and Digital Money Myanmar Company limited who affiliates with Yoma Bank and Telenor Myanmar.

Blue Planet is a leading in mobile application company in Myanmar specializing on providing Value Added Services (VAS) for various telecom operators, enterprises and content providers alike to render exquisite and innovative services in a very cost effective way. We believe in providing the highest quality solutions in a very simplified way.
